Terms and Conditions

1. WhiteCottonDash entertains serious buyers only. And all items are on First Come First Serve basis.

2. Colour may slightly vary due to the difference monitor setting/lighting but we will try our best to capture and describe items clearly as possible. Kindly make a careful consideration before placing an order.

3. Goods sold are NOT exchangeable and refundable.

4. WhiteCottonDash will NOT be held responsible for any damage or lost item(s) during delivery.

5. Price quote are in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR)

6. Once you place your order, Terms and Conditions apply.

7. Terms & Conditions are subject to change without prior notice.

Payment Options & Shipping

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Cash Payment

In our response, we will also provide you the payment details, i.e. Maybank/CIMB account number.

i) Make the payment to our banking account.

ii) Inform us by Email/SMS/Whatsapp once payment has been made.

iii) As for the pending payment, we will hold the item(s) for a maximum of two (2) days: failing which the item(s) will be released to the other buyers.

SHIPPING

i) Within Malaysia - All deliveries are made via PosLaju.
Charges: RM6 for the first item & additional RM2 for each subsequent items.
